How To Make A Claim

The first step in making a claim involves speaking to one of our solicitors who will assess your situation and advise you as to whether you legally have a good case to claim for compensation. Our solicitors will be able at this stage to give you an idea of how much you could be entitled to. In order to start the process, you need to get in touch with us either by filling out our enquiry form or by giving us a call.

Once you have made an enquiry, one of our solicitors will call you back and discuss the circumstances of your accident. Don’t worry, you are not committing to anything at this stage – merely having a chat about the circumsatnces of your situation so that more advice can be provided.

If it’s clear that you are entitled to making a claim, the solicitor will ask if you wish to proceed on a no win no fee basis. Assuming you do, we will then handle everything for you.

All paperwork will be handled and you will be kept informed of how your case is progressing. If successful, you will be awarded your compensation.
